Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy describes how the owner of the lumigate website (the "Operator") processes personal data that may be received via the contacts published on this site: an email address and the Telegram messenger.

Operator: Sviridov Alexey Konstantinovich, a resident of the Russian Federation. The policy follows Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

2. What data is processed

The site contains no forms and collects nothing automatically: no analytics counters, ad pixels or trackers are used. Via the site contacts the Operator may receive:

• your name (as you introduce yourself in correspondence);
• your email address or Telegram account;
• the content of your inquiry and correspondence.

3. Purposes

• responding to your inquiry, discussing a product demonstration;
• keeping business correspondence.

4. Third parties and storage

Personal data is not transferred to third parties, not sold and not used for mailing lists without your separate request. The data is kept in correspondence until consent is withdrawn or the correspondence ends, after which it is deleted.

5. Your rights

You may (articles 14–16 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ): request information about the processing of your data; demand its correction, blocking or deletion; withdraw your consent. It is enough to write via any contact below.

6. Cookies and local storage

The site uses browser local storage (cookies) for two functional purposes only: remembering your theme preference (light/dark) and recording the consent you give through the banner on first visit. There are no analytics counters, ad pixels or trackers on the site. These settings never leave your browser, are sent to no servers and are not personal data.
